A Critical Appraisal of Studies on the Cyclic Fatigue Resistance of HyFlex EDM Nickel-titanium Instrument

Aims: To summarize the currently available evidence to point out different outcomes of static versus dynamic tests and assess whether cyclic fatigue provide useful data information for clinical practice.
 Study Design: Systematic review.
 Place Duration Study: From May 2015 July 2021, a total 21 studies on HyFlex EDM have been published in Journal Endodontics International Endodontic Jour- nal Odontology, Nigerian Clinical Practice Den- tal Sciences restorative dentistry endodontic MDPI.
 Methodology: Different comparing between Hyflex other rotary files as in: wave one gold, reciproc blue.
 Results: REC showed that HYFLEX has highest fa- tigue resistance conforming sterilization no influence resistance.
 Conclusion: Non-invasive independent predictors screening esophageal varices may decrease medical well financial burden, hence improving management cirrhotic patients. These predictors, however, need further work validate reliability.
